Directors and groups will experience the benefits of the JENerations Jazz Festival that is held as part of our annual JEN conference.

Hosted by Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts, in partnership with the Jazz Education Network (JEN), and Newark Academy

GRAMMY-Winning Trombonist

Groups will work with Robin Eubanks along with the following world class musicians in clinics in a non-competitive festival format:

Mason Gross faculty

 Ralph Bowen (saxophone), Kenny Davis (bass), Vic Juris (guitar), Joe Mosello (trumpet), and Marc Stasio (piano)

  • Bands will receive their own separate clinic, as well as other group clinics throughout the day.
  • Directors will have the opportunity to attend special hands-on sessions for professional development.
  • The festival concludes with a star-studded concert featuring guest-teaching artists.
  • Festival participation includes a JEN membership for music directors and their students, which allows free access to charts, student scholarship opportunities, grants, and much more!

Non-JEN members: $200 registration (includes a JEN membership!)

JEN members: $116

Individual auditor fee: $30

Non-participant concert tickets: $15
