JEN Block Concessions

JEN Block Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate Concessions Include:

Room rates of $189 are available until December 8, 2022 or SOLD OUT status, whichever comes first.
Room rates in the JEN block are guaranteed three days in front or behind the conference subject to availability.
A discounted resort fee of $5 per day (normal rate is $33)
- Complimentary high-speed wireless internet for all conference overnight attendees in guest rooms
- Two bottles of water per room
- Complimentary use of the health club
- Transportation to Disney theme parks (24 hour advance reservations required)

- Complimentary use of all recreational activities including the lazy river, resort pools, basketball and tennis courts
- Discounted self parking for cars of $15 for overnight guests
- Parking for motor coaches provided in hotel Sports parking lot, as availability permits, at a reduced overnight rate of $35 payable by user.
NOTE: An early check-out fee of one night’s room charges + tax. Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Omni Orlando Resort be at least 72 hours prior to arrival of any change in planned length of stay.

Enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine, sake and our innovative sushi bar. Asian-themed privacy screens create separate dining areas for intimate meals and gatherings. A private dining room is available upon request, subject to availability, and requires advance reservation.

David’s Club

David’s Club is a spirited gathering place to enjoy a cocktail before dinner. Known for their bourbons, crafts and cuts, enjoy a spectacular steak and innovative cuisine in an upscale sports bar that features a 90-inch video wall, and spectacular resort views.

Broadway Deli

Easily accessible from the outside pool area and the lower lobby, Broadway Deli serves up simple meals, pre-made salads and sandwiches, hand-scooped gelato, and a variety of pastries, snacks, candies and beverages. Whether you’re on the way to the first tee, at the pools, or looking for a late-night snack, Broadway Deli is a one-stop shop for all your refreshment needs.

Piper’s Grill

Piper’s Grille is open for breakfast and lunch and features a selection of healthy and hearty sandwiches, salads and entrees. ChampionsGate Lounge is open throughout the afternoon for golfers to enjoy a refreshing break.*

Reminiscent of the British Isles, we celebrate the heritage of the championship International Course with a sunset tradition, offered seasonally fall through spring. Half an hour before sunset, we invite you to join us at ChampionsGate Clubhouse to listen to the sounds of bagpipes and watch the last rays of sun set over the 10th tee.

* Guests can request the complimentary golf cart shuttle at the resort main entrance beginning at 6:30 a.m. to the clubhouse.

Croc’s Pool Bar & Grill

Refund Policy

Hotel room cancellations

Refund policies for hotel room cancellations are established by the hotel and not by JEN. JEN is not responsible for hotel refund decisions.

JEN Conference registration cancellations

The deadline to cancel your JEN Conference Registration and receive a full refund is 60 days before the start of the conference. After that date, conference registration fees will be refunded minus a 20% service charge until the last day of the conference at midnight EST. No refunds will be made after that time.
